Bandar Seri Begawan Development Master Plan Brunei Darussalam
Project Manager for long-term Development Master Plan of Brunei Darussalam’s Capital City, which size stretches over an area of 100 sq km. Coordinated 6 international sub-consultants working on Macroeconomics, Master Planning, Urban Design, infrastructure, Traffic and Transportation, Ecology, Institutional Development, Implementation Planning, and Local Stakeholder Management.
Shenyang International Township Shenyang, China
Project Manager for Concept and Detailed Master Plan of a 52-hectare New Township in Northern China, surrounded by Nicklaus-designed golf course. The township is composed of villas, townhouses, low-rise apartments and commercial centre around a hot spring resort.
Sudair City Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Urban Planner for Concept Master Plan of a 25,800 hectare new city which includes an industrial zone, institutional zone, and residential township to be developed in over 20 years.

Culture Park Jakarta, Indonesia
Project Manager for Concept Master Plan of a 90-hectare mixed use project in West Jakarta, composed of convention centre, hotels, office towers, shopping centre, hospital, senior housing, and high-end apartment towers arranged around a 10-hectare central park.

Borg Al Arab Industrial Park and Free Zone Alexandria, Egypt
Urban Planner for Concept Master Plan of a 950-hectare industrial park and free zone, which includes industrial, commercial, administrative, and residential uses to be developed in years.
Semakau Landfill Concept Master Plan Singapore
Urban Planner for Concept Master Plan of a 90 hectare off-shore/island landfill which includes test bed facilities for renewable energy, learning centres, recreation area, and eco-resort.

Niseko Village Ski Resort Hokkaido, Japan
Project manager for a Concept Master Plan of a 462 hectare mountain resort on Mount Niseko An’nupuri, renowned for its plentiful snow. The master plan carefully integrates a variety of luxury accommodation zones into the mountain topography and natural setting, while a natural hot-spring Onsen complex compliments a diverse range of new four-season activities, unified within a car-free, pedestrian village.
